Doing this CodeIgniter Directory based on Joomla was a choice that permitted me to test quickly and easily the potential of such a web directory. But I have always in mind that this directory has to be coded based on CodeIgniter and not on Joomla since it is 100% dedicated to the framework. And then, a new open source project is born!I have decided to turn what I had in mind into reality. I found a friend on CodeIgniter forums that was also interested to do such an application with me and we start to program it in middle of May 2008. We also have a name: LinksterThe application is actually at a very early stage but you can find the actual code on our project repository: http://www.assembla.com/wiki/show/linkster Once we will get to a working application, we will turn the Joomla based CodeIgniter Directory into to our CodeIgniter based Linkster application... stay tuned! |

I have added on the right side of our pages a module that will let you bookmark the pages that you are interrested in with your favorite Social Bookmarking tool. I have also added a bunch of new links in the past days, enjoy ! |

I have added a new menu on the left side of the CodeIgniter directory. It will allow you to get the New listings RSS and Recently updated RSS feeds. |
